Terms And Conditions
Booking and Reservations:
All bike rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Reservations can be made online, over the phone, via e-mail or in person.
Rental Period:
The standard rental period is minimum 2 hours unless otherwise specified. Extensions may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges. We offer half-day (4hours) and full-day (8hours). Please check the availability with our team.
Pricing and Payments:
Prices are as stated on our website or communicated through other channels. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon bike pickup (when walking-in in person). We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be required at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or loss of equipment. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the bike in the same condition as rented. Otherwise we will ask for a valid ID card or passport (no other documents are accepted).
Cancellation and Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations are at the discretion of Bangkok Forest Cycling.
Safety and Liability:
Riders are responsible for their safety and must adhere to all local traffic laws. Helmets are strongly recommended and will be provided for an additional cost. Bangkok Forest Cycling is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages during the rental period.
Bike Condition:
Bikes must be returned in the same condition as rented. Customers are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Age and Supervision:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Specific age and height requirements may apply to certain bike models.
We offer limited baby seats and suggest them for children aged 2-4 years old. Please note that it is the responsibility of the user to ensure the safe use of the baby seat.
Late Returns:
Bikes returned after the agreed-upon time will be subject to additional charges. A late fee of 100 THB will be charged for every additional 30 minutes beyond the agreed rental duration. Thank you for your understanding.
Termination of Rental:
Bangkok Forest Cycling reserves the right to terminate a rental if a customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy:
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Bangkok Forest Cycling reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
